Do
I need an appointment or can I
walk-in?
Reservations are recommended. We will call you the day before
your reservation to confirm your date and times. We require a
credit card number to reserve all spa packages, specialty wrap
perms and corrective hair colouring services.
What if I am going to be a few minutes late?
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for
all reservations. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to
any service so that you may change, relax and receive the full
benefit of your reservation time. Any guest arriving 10
minutes past the time of his/her reservation may be asked to
reschedule.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Because our services are reserved especially for you, as a
courtesy, we ask for 24 hour cancellation notice for any
single service and a 48 hour cancellation notice for multiple
services or spa packages. Late cancellations will result in a
15% charge. Not showing for an appointment will result in a
50% charge. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of
future scheduled appointments when the cancellation policy is
not observed more than 3 times in one calendar year.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Master Card, Visa and Discover are accepted.
There will be a $25 return check fee.
Do you offer gift certificates in any amount?
Signature Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount
or for spa packages and may be purchased in person or by
phone. Complimentary packaging is available. Signature Salon &
Spa is not responsible for a lost or stolen gift card.
Are children welcome at Signature?
To ensure that all of our guests receive a memorable
experience, please refrain from bringing children to your own
salon or spa reservation unless they are also receiving
services. The goal in our spa is to create a retreat for our
guests. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the spa
area unless they are receiving services. All spa guests are
asked to please speak in a low “whisper” voice.
What can I expect before my Signature Spa Experience?
Upon checking in, you’ll be escorted to our private locker
room and given a spa robe, wrap and socks to wear before your
service. Spa services begin by completing a questionnaire
designed to personalize your service. For body treatments and
massage, you will need no clothing except your robe and socks.
However, if you choose, you may wear undergarments. Don’t
forget, if you do choose to wear undergarments for some of our
body treatments, be sure to bring and extra set to change into
following your session.
The staff is trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas
not involved in a treatment and to protect your privacy at all
times. Locks and lockers are provided for your personal
belongings. A Spa Lunch can be added to any service for just
$10.
What if I would like to shower after my service?
Treatment rooms have private showers for your comfort. Please
request this at the time you make your reservation.
Do the technicians accept gratuities?
Gratuities are accepted at your discretion and are not
included in our spa package pricing.
What if there’s a problem with my service?
Please let us know within 5 days of receiving any service if
there are any challenges. Within that time, if you feel we
have failed to provide the caliber of professional service
upon which our reputation has been built, please advise us,
and an appointment will be made at the earliest possible time
to make any adjustments, with no additional charge to you.
