Due to COVID-19 and the capacity restrictions in our Salon & Spa, we are currently only allowing for massage and facial services to be booked online. Please call our salon to reserve hair service and nail service appointments. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Because our nail salon, hair salon, and spa services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy, we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice.  Late cancellations and not showing up for an appointment will result in a 100% charge.  We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of future scheduled appointments when the cancellation policy is not observed more than 2 times in one calendar year. 

Massage Therapy Policy 

Due to the high demand for our massage therapy services, Signature Salon & Spa requires a credit card on file to hold the appointment and a 24-hour cancellation notice. Any late cancellations will result in a full charge to the card on file. Your cooperation allows us to properly accommodate our guests. Thank you!
