To ensure all of our guests receive a memorable experience, please refrain from bringing children to your own salon or spa reservation unless they are also receiving services. The goal in our spa is to create a retreat for our guests. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving services. All spa guests are asked to please speak in a low “whisper” voice.
Reservations for our salon and spa in Waukesha are recommended. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm your date and times. We require a credit card number to reserve all spa packages and corrective hair coloring services.
Gratuities are accepted at your discretion and are not included in our spa package pricing.
Because our nail salon, hair salon and spa services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy, we ask for 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations and not showing for an appointment will result in a 100% charge. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of future scheduled appointments when the cancellation policy is not observed. Thank you!
Signature Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for spa packages and may be purchased online, in person or by phone. Complimentary packaging is available. Signature Salon & Spa is not responsible for a lost or stolen gift card.
Yes, we sell quality professional skin care products from Glo Skin Beauty, Sorella Apothecary and Farmhouse Fresh. These products are not only sold at our Waukesha spa, they are used by our licensed estheticians to customize each facial service for your individual needs. Upon checking-in to our boutique spa in Waukesha, you’ll be guided back to our private locker room and given a spa robe and socks to wear before your service. When changing into your spa robe, feel free to undress to your comfort level. Our massage therapists and estheticians are trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas not involved in a treatment to protect your privacy at all times.
Spa services begin in our Relaxation Lounge by completing a questionnaire designed to personalize your service while relaxing with a beverage and hot shoulder wrap. Locks and lockers are provided for your personal belongings. A spa lunch can be added to any service for just $10.
Signature Salon & Spa accepts cash, check, Master Card, Visa and Discover. There will be a $25 return check fee.
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations at our salon in Waukesha. We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to any service so you may change if needed, relax and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any guest arriving 10 minutes past the time of his/her reservation may be asked to reschedule.
Please let us know within 5 days of receiving any service if there are any challenges. Within those 5 days, if you feel we have failed to provide the caliber of professional service upon which our reputation has been built, please notify us, and an appointment will be made at the earliest possible time to make any adjustments, with no additional charge to you.
