A: Do you Sell Skin-Care Products?

A: What if there’s a problem with my hair salon, nail salon or spa service?

Please let us know within 5 days of receiving any service if there are any challenges. Within those 5 days, if you feel we have failed to provide the caliber of professional service upon which our reputation has been built, please advise us, and an appointment will be made at the earliest possible time to make any adjustments, with no additional charge to you.

A: Are children welcome at Signature Salon & Spa?

To ensure all of our guests receive a memorable experience, please refrain from bringing children to your own salon or spa reservation unless they are also receiving services. The goal in our spa is to create a retreat for our guests. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving services. All spa guests are asked to please speak in a low “whisper” voice.

A: What can I expect before my Signature Spa Experience?

Upon checking in to our prestigious spa in Waukesha, you’ll be escorted to our private locker room and given a spa robe, wrap and socks to wear before your service. Spa services begin by completing a questionnaire designed to personalize your service. For body treatments and massage, you will need no clothing except your robe and socks. However, if you choose, you may wear undergarments. Don’t forget, if you do choose to wear undergarments for some of our body treatments, be sure to bring and extra set to change into following your session.

Our Waukesha spa staff is trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas not involved in a treatment and to protect your privacy at all times. Locks and lockers are provided for your personal belongings. A Spa Lunch can be added to any service for just $10.

Gratuities are accepted at your discretion and are not included in our spa package pricing.

A: Do you have a cancellation policy for spa and hair salon appointments?

Because our nail salon, hair salon and spa services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy, we ask for 24 hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations and not showing for an appointment will result in a 100% charge. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of future scheduled appointments when the cancellation policy is not observed more than 2 times in one calendar year. Thank you!

A: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Do you offer hair salon and spa gift certificates in any amount?

Signature Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for spa packages and may be purchased online, in person or by phone. Complimentary packaging is available. Signature Salon & Spa is not responsible for a lost or stolen gift card.

A: What if I am going to be a few minutes late for my hair salon, nail salon or spa appointment?

Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations at our salon in Waukesha. We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to any service so you may change if needed, relax and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any guest arriving 10 minutes past the time of his/her reservation may be asked to reschedule.

A: Do I need a hair salon and spa appointment or can I walk-in?

Reservations to our salon in Waukesha are recommended. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm your date and times. We require a credit card number to reserve all spa packages, specialty wrap perms and corrective hair coloring services.
